Vouchers may only be used in exchange for goods purchased at the E-Argentum Ltd web site, www.e-argentum.com.

1. Vouchers may be exchanged for goods of a lower value.
2. Vouchers may be exchanged for goods or services of a higher value, on payment of the difference.
3. E-Argentum Ltd will not accept any responsibility for claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or liability of any kind whatsoever arising, suffered, arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between E-Argentum Ltd and a Voucher holder.
4. E-Argentum Ltd reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions.
5. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Vouchers have an expiry date as stated on the voucher. After this date, the voucher will no longer be valid. Replacement vouchers with later expiry dates are issued solely at the discretion of E-Argentum Ltd.
7. Vouchers will be subject to verification at the time of presentation. No responsibility will be accepted for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers.
8. Any defacement of a printed voucher will render it invalid.
9. No modifications can be made to a voucher after it has been issued.
10. On purchase of a voucher, the buyer will receive confirmation of the voucher code, amount and expiry date via email, and will also receive an identical printed voucher by standard post.
11. Vouchers will be delivered to the email and postal addresses supplied by the buyer. The Voucher buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of this delivery information. E-Argentum Ltd is not responsible for any use of the Voucher by any individual resulting from errors in this delivery information.
12. No refunds or cancellations of Vouchers are allowed.
13. Voucher buyers shall not impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user or any other person by using the name, address, credit card information, email address or login name and password of any other user or person for any reason whatsoever without prior consent, nor forge a header or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origins of an email.
14. You shall immediately notify E-Argentum Ltd if it comes to your knowledge that your Voucher code has been compromised or has become known to anyone who is not authorised by you to pay for goods using the Voucher.
